Faculty of Learning Sciences and Education, Thammasat University
Founded in 2023, the LSEd Well-being Center was established to support and enhance the well-being of students and personnel within the Faculty of Learning Sciences and Education at Thammasat University. The Center aims to cultivate a safe environment focused on care and active listening, enabling individuals to address life, academic, and workplace challenges in a meaningful and balanced manner.
The Center offers initial guidance and consultation services alongside workshops and learning processes designed to foster self-care, mental well-being skills, and personal resilience—both at an individual level and across our learning community.
As part of the Center’s commitment to community well-being, we have established 'Ar-sah Koo Jai' (Heart-aid Volunteers)—a dedicated team of faculty members with expertise in mental wellness and personal coaching, formed to support our campus community through life's challenges. Whether you are navigating stress, personal struggles, or emotional distress, our team is here to listen with empathy and offer initial guidance in a safe, confidential space.
Please note that this service is not a substitute for professional psychiatric therapy or clinical treatment. Rather, it serves as a supportive environment built on active listening, compassionate understanding, and seamless referral to professional care whenever needed—ensuring everyone receives the right support for their well-being.
“Because we believe that good learning begins with good well-being — and no one should have to face hardship alone.”
